Whether you are planning an adventure packed weekend or creating an experience for your guests of refined mountain elegance, Stone River Glen has the perfect foundation for your celebration.

Our passion is helping couples cultivate their dream wedding. Unlike other venues, our base package includes set up the day before and tear down the day after. We know that celebrating your wedding goes beyond just the vows and speeches. It’s the moments leading up to the big day and the moments after that create so many more moments for connection with friends and family.

At Stone River Glen we celebrate all love and are welcoming of all unions and celebrations.

  • Rehearsal and set up time on the day prior to the event

  • Full day use of event facilities

  • Exclusive use of the event spaces including:

    • Gorgeous outdoor ceremony sites (seating up to 140)

    • Versatile hall space (indoor ceremony backup, dancing, etc.)

    • 40’ X 50’ outdoor stretch tent for outdoor dinner reception

    • Cocktail hour garden

    • Picturesque walkways, river and reflection pond

  • Use of house items including:

    • High top cocktail tables

    • Dining tables & chairs (rectangle or rounds)

    • Plates, glasses (both wine and water), silverware

  • On-site parking

  • Set of tables and chairs in reception location

  • Bridal Suite 

  • Grooms Suite

  • Well-equipped catering kitchen with ample refrigeration, an ice machine, oven, and cooktop

  • Bar service (available with our service package)

  • Day-of logistics assistance with vendors
